Q:
Hard Drive Cleaner Find errors but will not
remove certain files saying file LOCKED?
A:
These are Locked files or folders that are
required by the software they relate to and are
safeguarded against being removed.
Although we have built an ever growing database
of files that the program excludes, there are
thousands that we have not been able to test, if
you have any that you think should be added to
the program please let us know and we will
contact you to gather the required information.
Q:
Privacy Cleaner some times takes a long time
to open?
A:
When Privacy Cleaner starts it gathers all your
browsing history, temporary files, cookies and
more, this can be in excess of 100mb in some
cases this is why Privacy Cleaner can start
slowly. But by running the program regularly
will speed up your PC and protect your online
privacy and browsing habits.
Q:
I scan with Registry Cleaner and it keeps
finding the same problems over and over again?
A:
Some Registry keys or values are created
automatically even though they are removed by
this software, so that on your next scan these
errors will always re appear every time. We have
identified hundreds of errors and checked them
with the vendors that produce the software which
creates the errors who assure us they are non
harmful. we are constantly writing these errors
into our software to ignore on scanning. (Helps
keep your risk of Registry damage down to nil)
If you find you are getting these contact us we
can test and introduce them into the program for
future updates.
Q:
After I scan with
Registry Cleaner I go to delete items found, it doesn't delete?
A:
The program does not remove the repaired items
from the screen it marks all errors as repaired. and creates a registry
backup in case you need to restore back in the event of system problems.
